I’ve been a stylist in Sonoma County for 14 years, 12 years as a salon manager as well. The best part of my job is simply being behind that chair; I love working with all types of hair. People ask me if I prefer cutting or coloring hair; I just can’t choose! I love doing color correction; it is so much fun to see the look on my client’s face when I finish.  I also really enjoy working with people who fight their curl. I love to teach them to embrace those waves! So many people hate their hair; it is great to finally give them the cut they have always longed for. And I love, love, love doing those A-lines!  Education is huge to me. I go to as many classes as possible. Being the Color Director for the salon is very exciting; I love working with the stylists, especially the new talent, teaching them to be confident in their future as stylist.

Life is good. Working with a great crew at an Amazing Aveda Salon and then going home to my three beautiful boys and husband.
